Spike Beds are the most economical hay beds you can install on your truck. If you need to move hay from point A to point B quickly, efficiently, and without a tractor, a Spike Bed is the way to go. C5 doesn’t cut any corners on the Spike Bed. Built from the Rancher arm bed tooling, the C5 Spike Bed will take the abuse of daily feeding and then some. Two removable spikes will move any hay bale weighing up to 3000 pounds, powered by a Bucher electric over hydraulic power unit.
Standard Features:
- All steel construction, including tubing frame rails and formed 1/8” treadplate floor
- Heavy duty 2 x 4 x 3/16″ rounded bent tube headache rack with louvers
- LED lighting throughout
- 2- 5/16″, 30,000 pound rated gooseneck hitch with 1″ rise, recessed in the bed with door closure
- ¾” thick bolt-on receiver hitch
- Two- part urethane primer and paint
- D-ring tie downs
